The Shopper & Activation Executive owns the strategy and delivery of best‑in‑class shopper activation, bringing brands to life at the point of purchase across omnichannel retail. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Brand and external partners, the role drives commercially effective, sustainable activation that fuels brand growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and own the end‑to‑end shopper activation and visibility agenda across the UK
- Develop and deliver the annual activation strategy by brand and key customer
- Partner with Brand and Sales teams to deliver impactful shopper campaigns for NPD launches and core brand initiatives
- Translate global visibility frameworks into locally relevant, high‑impact executions
- Act as the UK lead for shopper activation, working with Group and BU stakeholders
- Manage agency and supplier partners to deliver innovative, high‑quality POS and activation solutions
- Own activation budgets, timelines and project delivery, ensuring strong ROI and P&L impact
- Drive innovation in POS, retail media and omnichannel activation
- Champion sustainability and continuous improvement across all activation materials
Profile
- Strong experience in shopper / Brand activation, trade or retail marketing within FMCG
- Commercially astute, with a solid understanding of grocery and convenience retail
- Deep understanding of shopper behaviour and the path to purchase
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally
- Excellent project management and budget control skills
- A strong eye for brand execution, design quality and detail
- Proactive, resilient and comfortable operating at pace
