- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in service charge accounting.
- Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve queries effectively.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for service charge expenditure.
- Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Provide support in the preparation of year-end accounts and statements.

Profile: A successful Service Charge Analyst should have:
