  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for service charge expenditure.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Provide support in the preparation of year-end accounts and statements.
  • Respond to tenant and client queries regarding service charges in a professional manner.

Profile: A successful Service Charge Analyst should have:
