Description

  • Broad remit spanning budgeting, forecasting, valuation, capital allocation and scenario analysis
  • Build and maintain integrated financial reporting models consolidating business plans for each business segment
  • Develop scenario analysis for valuations and funding needs
  • Close partnering with investment and development teams on acquisitions and projects
  • Blend of corporate FP&A and deal/project finance responsibilities
  • Provide insights on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation support
  • Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
  • Collaborate with investment & development teams to challenge assumptions and align financial plans with operational reality
  • Monitor financial performance of the business segments
  • Track KPIs such as variance analysis (forecast vs actual), rent metrics, margins, capex, ROI, value uplift etc
  • Prepare monthly management reports and board-level presentations
  • High visibility role with regular interaction with senior leadership and investors

Profile

  • You will have 4+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related analytical finance role
  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong academic background
  • Demonstrates advanced financial modelling capability and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with complex data sets, scenario analysis and performance reporting
  • Real Estate or Investment Portfolio background desirable
  • Is commercially minded, with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking
  • Strong stakeholder skills and confidence engaging with senior, non-finance audiences
