- Lead integrated acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email and digital channels.
- Own digital marketing performance, budget optimisation and ROI across multiple international markets.
- Drive website optimisation and conversion rate improvement through testing, analytics and personalisation.
- Build scalable marketing automation and lead nurture programmes aligned to the B2B buyer journey.
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to optimise lead management, scoring and pipeline performance.
- Oversee reporting, attribution and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
- Shape global SEO and organic growth strategies alongside content and digital teams.

Essential experience:

- Experience leading international, multi-market B2B marketing teams.
- Strong expertise across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, CRO and performance marketing.
- A data-driven approach with experience managing marketing-attributed pipeline, revenue and ROI.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales leadership.
