Description
- Maintain accurate rent and service charge records.
- Prepare and issue service charge budgets and statements.
- Assist with rent reviews and adjustments as required.
- Investigate and resolve tenant queries regarding charges.
- Monitor arrears and support the collection process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide financial data.
- Contribute to process improvements in rent and service charge management.
Profile
- Experience in property rent and service charge management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems.
- A good understanding of property-related legislation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate of Β£23.00 to Β£28.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- 27 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service).
