Description As the Receptionist & Travel Coordinator, you will Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area. Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously. Organise and book travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodation and transport. Maintain and update travel records and itineraries. Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate. Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all activities. Process invoices related to the travel arrangements Administration on the Reed & Mackay systemProfile A successful Reception& Travel Coordinator should have: Proven experience in reception duties or travel booking within a professional setting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
