Description
Advising landlords, developers, investors and major commercial clients on complex property disputes
Handling high value and strategically significant real estate litigation matters
Providing expertise across landlord and tenant disputes, development disputes, telecommunications matters and Building Safety Act related issues
Leading client relationships and identifying opportunities for further growth
Developing and executing business development strategies across the Leeds market
Mentoring junior lawyers and senior associates within the team
Working with colleagues across a national real estate disputes practice
Driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s market presence in Yorkshire
Contributing to the strategic direction and continued success of the wider practice
Maintaining and enhancing an established network of contacts and referral sources
Profile
A solicitor with significant PQE gained within real estate litigation
Experienced in handling complex commercial property disputes
Knowledgeable across landlord and tenant matters, development disputes and wider real estate litigation issues
Commercially minded with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Experienced in supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
Well connected within the Yorkshire legal and property market
Capable of contributing to and delivering on strategic growth objectives
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £170,000 to £250,000 per annum.
