As New Business Manager, you will lead on securing new corporate partnerships valued between £100,000 and £1 million. This is a key role within the team, balancing strategic pipeline development with hands‑on prospecting, creative proposal writing and confident external engagement.
You will:
- Grow and manage a high‑value pipeline of warm and cold prospects
- Lead outreach, pitch preparation and partnership negotiations
- Develop compelling, insight‑driven proposals that speak to both corporate and social impact goals
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to shape ambitious funding opportunities
- Support on £1m+ partnership bids, including budgeting, planning and reporting
- Ensure new partnerships are smoothly handed over to the Partnerships Management team for long‑term stewardship
