Support Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
Manage users, permissions, security and system access.
Maintain data quality, governance and CRM best practices.
Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality, automation and workflows.
Develop reports, dashboards and campaign tracking solutions.
Enable the delivery of the Salesforce roadmap working with 3rd party agency Provide user support, training and documentation.
Partner with marketing and distribution teams to deliver CRM solutions.
Profile
Previous experience in salesforce administration and account engagement Strong CRM configuration, automation and data management skills.
Experience building reports, dashboards and campaign analytics.
High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, business-facing environment.
