A Global Private Education Organisation are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner (Culture and Engagement) to join a 12 month maternity cover. The role is based in London with hybrid working.
Description:
- Global remit
- Act as a true partner to the organisation
- Lead employee engagement activity including, employee engagement survey (design, comms, reporting and action plan).
- Work with the wider HR Team to ensure effective action plans are developed based on survey results
- Drive and embed a behavioural framework across the organisation and integrate the framework in HR processes
- Support on the annual talent review cycle
- Embed the talent framework and performance management processes
- Lead on succession planning and high potential role identification
- Develop talent frameworks and tools to develop employees
- Support in the development and refinement of the organisations employee value proposition (EVP)
- Lead culture initiatives and embed the organisational values
- Facilitate workshops and training where required
- Support on leadership, development, recognition and well-being initiatives
- Support projects and initiatives that improve employee experience and organisational capability
Profile:
- Strong experience in culture, engagement, talent and performance
- Experience in project management
- Experience working in the commercial space desirable
- Able to start from July
