The Influencer Manager will lead influencer, creator and talent strategies for this exciting beauty brand across the UK market.

This role will be at the forefront of building cultural relevance, brand awareness and advocacy by cultivating strong relationships with UK-based creators, talent agents, VIPs and industry partners.

They run all influencer activity in-house and aim to become a top ten influencer brand in Europe.

You will join a busy, social‑first marketing team with generous budgets, high‑profile activity and a collaborative culture.

The position requires 4 days a week in the office, with flexible meeting and event arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK creators, influencers, VIPs, talent managers and agencies.
  • Lead end‑to‑end influencer and talent strategies across brand, product launches and campaign briefs.
  • Develop personalised engagement, gifting and relationship‑building programmes that keep the brand front of mind.
  • Identify emerging and established creators who align with the brand positioning and target audiences.
  • Establish campaign KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of influencer initiatives.
  • Manage and execute high‑impact influencer campaigns within budget, timelines and agreed KPIs.
  • Identify and select talent that aligns with brand values, campaign objectives and target consumer groups.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights and partnership terms with internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Manage influencer partnerships from initial outreach and briefing through to content delivery, approval and reporting.
  • Develop clear and engaging creative briefs that combine brand storytelling with cultural relevance and creator authenticity.
  • Oversee the delivery of high‑quality, platform‑appropriate content across channels including Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube.
  • Provide stakeholders with campaign performance insights, learnings and recommendations.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities for programme operation and cost savings.
  • Conceptualise and execute large‑scale gifting, seeding and advocacy programmes across the UK.
  • Manage VIP and creator gifting with creativity and precision, coordinating products, suppliers, fulfilment and logistics.
  • Develop targeted seeding lists based on audience relevance, cultural influence and brand alignment.
  • Track and monitor creator engagement, content generation and sentiment resulting from gifting and seeding initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to convert strong organic relationships into longer‑term brand advocacy or paid partnerships.
  • Work closely with UK Marketing, Social Media, PR, Brand and Commercial teams to ensure influencer activity supports wider business priorities.
  • Manage campaign budgets, trackers, contracts and approval processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Use tools such as Traackr, Excel and Google Workspace to manage influencer programmes, budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the UK influencer and creator landscape, social platforms and culturally relevant trends.
  • Strong understanding of the UK beauty market and the role of creators in driving brand awareness, advocacy and purchase consideration.
  • Ability to balance creative campaign ideation with commercial, performance and ROI‑driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills across all levels.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic influencer campaign models, including content rights, exclusivity and usage terms.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident using data and insights to evaluate performance and improve future influencer activity.
  • Proven experience in influencer, talent, PR and creator campaign management, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG.
  • Strong existing network of influencers, creators, talent agents and industry partners within the UK.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful paid and organic influencer campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, talent negotiations, contracts and content deliverables.
  • Experience managing high‑investment talent and a high‑volume of talent.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth consumer brand environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience supporting beauty launches, retailer campaigns or major brand activations would be beneficial.
