A global private education organisation are looking for HR Systems Change Manager to join on an FTC. The role is to support the HR systems team with improving a HRIS functionality and manage the communication across the organisation. The role is based in London with hybrid working. Client Details Global Private Education London based - hybrid working Description A HR Systems Change Manager to: - Support the HR Team with a HRIS upgrade and functionality improvements - Lead the communication around the global HRIS transformation project to ensure that the project is communicated in a clear and concise way to gain buy in and engagement from the organisation - Support the HR System team to drive new systems and processes to create innovation - Educate the organisation on why the HR system improvements is beneficial to them - Ensure the HRIS functionality improvement project is successfully delivered and bought in to via the wider business - Partner with global stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in clear and engaging communications - Ensure the project adheres to timelines, and milestones and utilise your project management experience - Manage the HRIS transformation project to ensure it's integrated effectively to the organisation - Identify and mitigate risks - Use HR metrics and HR processes to enhance employee engagement - Ensure the HR technology change is implemented smoothly with strong stakeholder engagement Profile A HR Systems Change Manager with: - Previous HRIS change experience - Previous experience of communicating change across an organisation in a clear, concise and impactful way - Strong stakeholder engagement experience - Previous understanding of HR system upgrades and functionality improvements as well as managing multiple projects at one time - Good cross collaboration experience - Global and matrix organisation experience essential - Open to sector background Job Offer HR Systems Change Manager Fixed Term Contract London based with hybrid working Up to £65,000 per annum Start at short notice
