As a HR Operations Team Manager you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a global HR Administration team, ensuring seamless service delivery. Your role will be central to maintaining efficient processes and supporting employees across the organisation.

Description

The HR Operations Team Manager will:

  • Manage the daily operations of the HR Operations team to ensure smooth HR processes.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems and process improvements.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment in HR practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.

Profile

A successful HR Operations Team Manager should have:

  • Experience in HR operation and administration, with an ability to provide examples of process improvement within these roles.
  • A strong understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Confidence in using HR systems and analysing data.
  • A collaborative approach to managing and supporting a team.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £45,000 to £48,000, dependent on the level of experience.

Performance-related bonus.

25 days of holiday leave + bank holidays.

Private medical insurance (PMI).
