You'll build a high-performing team, champion experimentation and work cross-functionally to deliver ambitious marketing that makes a measurable impact.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll take ownership of campaign strategy, audience growth and go-to-market execution across a portfolio of high-profile products and initiatives. We are looking for an experienced and senior marketer who has worked for a leading D2C brand. You will need a track record of marketing success and have worked for a brand that has delivered high impact and well-known marketing campaigns with a limited budget. You will be a creative who knows how to demand marketing attention and how to get your brand on the map quickly.

You'll develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns that reach audiences across multiple channels, ensuring the business is consistently showing up in the right places, with the right message, at the right time. This is a genuinely strategic role, but one that requires someone who enjoys getting close to the detail. You'll be expected to turn strategy into action, identify opportunities for growth and continually find smarter ways to improve performance.

  • Performance & Optimisation: Establish a highly data-driven approach to marketing. Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Build a culture of testing, learning and continuous optimisation.
  • Innovation: Explore new channels, technologies, formats and approaches to marketing. Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and impact. Test new ideas quickly and scale those that work.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with teams across the wider business to deliver campaigns effectively. Experience managing a flexible marketing team based on campaigns and projects. Build strong relationships across marketing, product, content, creative and commercial functions.

Profile: A proven track record leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience working for a D2C brand with a track record of creative, cutting edge and forward thinking campaigns. Full of creativity and how to deliver high impact organic campaigns with minimal budgets. Someone who thrives in a fast paced marketing environment. Experience driving audience growth, engagement and commercial performance. Strong analytical and performance marketing capabilities. Excellent commercial judgement and an understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. A genuine appetite for experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement. The ability to operate at pace within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
