  • Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
  • Take ownership of overall business performance, including profitability, cash flow and commercial decision-making.
  • Manage and develop finance, operational and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee supply chain, logistics, procurement and fulfilment activities to ensure efficient delivery and service levels.
  • Build and enhance scalable processes, systems and controls to support growth.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities, investments and strategic projects.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to support sustainable business performance.

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Exposure to international supply chains and third-party manufacturing relationships.
  • Experience implementing or improving ERP, MRP or business management systems.
  • Previous involvement in acquisitions, fundraising, strategic investment projects or business exit activity.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a large and varied product portfolio.
  • Significant experience in a senior operational, financial or general management leadership position.
  • A strong track record of owning commercial performance, including P&L responsibility.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, product-based, supply chain-intensive or distribution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial controls and business planning.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes and deliver operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to translate data and insight into action.
  • Experience supporting business growth, transformation or scale-up environments.
