Description
As the Head of Compliance and Building Safety, you will
Ensure full compliance with building safety regulations and standards across all properties.
Lead on the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Oversee risk assessments and ensure any required actions are carried out promptly.
Manage audits and inspections to maintain safety and regulatory standards.
Provide strategic advice and updates to senior leadership on compliance and safety matters.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to promote compliance awareness.
Act as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report on performance metrics related to compliance and building safety.
Profile
A successful Head of Compliance and Building Safety should have
Demonstrated experience in compliance and building safety within the property sector.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
Proven ability to manage audits, inspections, and risk assessments effectively.

Job Offer
Salary of circa £75,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience and open to discussion.
