- Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and ensuring effective time management.
- Meeting preparation, meeting briefs, agendas, and taking minutes.
- Act strategically and organise/follow up on projects.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Attend internal and external meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
