Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level, proactive support to senior stakeholders, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and logistics
  • Act as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard
