They are a fast growing consultancy who have a large well established office outside of London and have recently opened their London office so it is a fantastic time to join them.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • This will be a strategic EA role and much more than just diary and travel.
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements effectively.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Partner.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Support the planning and execution of key business initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the business.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Partner.

Profile

  • A successful EA to Managing Partner should have:
