Description Managing Personal Conflicts of Interest, including Personal Account Dealing and Outside —Business Activity Managing Transactional Conflict of Interest, including Conflicts of Interest and Information Barriers Managing the EMEA Permanent Insider List Managing the Watch List and Restricted List Managing the Wall Crossings Process Provide policy guidance and support to the wider Private Side Advisory functionProfile A successful Control Room AVP should have: A strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. Knowledge of Control Room Operations an Experience in risk management or compliance roles. Excellent organisational and analytical skills. The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 -£75,000 per annum.
