- Develop and lead the global B2B content strategy, aligned with commercial objectives and audience needs.
- Own content planning and delivery for the EMEA region across digital channels and sales enablement.
- Lead, mentor and support an established international team of Content Managers (x2).
- Drive consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice and editorial standards across all markets.
- Create content that supports the full customer journey, from awareness through to conversion.
- Partner with SEO specialists to optimise content for search, AI-powered discovery, AEO and LLM search experiences.
- Manage freelancers, agencies and external content partners to deliver high-quality content at scale.
- Champion the use of AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency and workflow.
- Develop effective content planning, governance and prioritisation processes.
