The organisation is committed to maintaining safe, compliant, and well-managed homes while delivering high standards of customer service and operational performance.
As part of continued investment within the Property Services function, the organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support the delivery, monitoring, and assurance of statutory compliance programmes across the housing stock. The role plays a key part in ensuring all compliance activities are effectively managed, accurately recorded, and fully evidenced in line with regulatory obligations and internal governance requirements.
The successful candidate will support the operational delivery of compliance programmes across Fire, Lifts, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical, and Legionella (FLAGEL), ensuring contractor performance, data integrity, certification, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
