- A well-established accountancy firm in West Berkshire with an experienced team providing services across Audit, Accounts & Tax.
Description
- Manage and oversee audit assignments from planning to completion
- Review audit work to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Preparation & review of statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering advice and support where needed
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and guidance
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients
Profile
- A chartered accountancy qualified; ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Practice experience leading on external audits from planning to completion
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
