A broad interim HR role supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll and engagement activities. You'll play a key role in driving people initiatives, improving processes and supporting organisational change. Description Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Support employee relations cases including absence, performance and conduct. Lead recruitment activity and improve attraction strategies. Take ownership of payroll processes and associated queries. Act as a key user for HR systems including iTrent. Support wellbeing, engagement and organisational change projects. Coach managers on HR policies and best practice. Line manage and develop a People Officer. Contribute to continuous improvement across the People functionProfile Previous employee relations or advisory experience. Confident supporting managers with people matters. Experience across recruitment and onboarding. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good attention to detail and data accuracy. CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
