Description Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate contacts. Maintain and update records and filing systems accurately. Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and correspondence. Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organised at all times. Order and manage office supplies as needed. Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks to support the organisation's daily operations.Profile A successful Interim Receptionist and Administrative Assistant should have: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.3 Ideally have a DBS on the update service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
