- As an Property & Office Administrator , your responsibilities will include:
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate hotel bookings and other accommodation requirements as needed.
Raise and process orders for site-related requirements.
Provide administrative support across a portfolio of properties.
Support the in-house property management function, as the organisation manages its own properties rather than outsourcing to a management company.
Carry out general administrative duties, including maintaining records and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the smooth running of the property portfolio.
Complete compliance checks and ensure property documentation is accurate and up to date.
Support property management activities, helping to ensure properties are maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
