Description:
- Manage the Benefits Administration function, ensuring effective and accurate processing of employee benefit queries and requests.
- Take ownership of the Benefits shared mailbox, reviewing, organising and responding to employee queries in a timely manner.
- Triage incoming enquiries, identifying and prioritising urgent requests and escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain and improve mailbox management processes to ensure an efficient and consistent approach across the team.
- Set up and manage automated responses and mailbox rules to enhance the employee experience and streamline administration.
- Review, maintain and update Benefits Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring documentation remains accurate and fit for purpose.
- Support the Payroll team with administrative activities and payroll-related queries as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing a high level of customer service.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend best practices for benefits and payroll administration.
- Produce and maintain reports relating to benefits and payroll activities.
- Use HR and payroll systems to support day-to-day administration.
- Work independently from day one, quickly becoming an effective member of the team and delivering immediate support within the Benefits function.
