As Interim Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead a multi-channel marketing and communications function, driving digital performance, brand visibility and audience engagement across the organisation. Description
- Lead the delivery of integrated marketing, communications and digital campaigns that support organisational growth and recruitment objectives.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, management and development of the marketing team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on improving engagement, conversion and overall performance.
- Oversee website development, user experience, content optimisation, SEO and digital best practice.
- Lead the implementation, optimisation and effective use of CRM systems, ensuring data, automation and reporting support strategic decision-making.
- Use analytics, insights and performance data to evaluate campaigns, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
