Client Details This role is within the not-for-profit sector in Liverpool. Description Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective tenancy agreements and compliance with regulations. Provide advice and support to tenants on housing-related matters. Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Conduct property inspections and organise necessary maintenance or repairs. Work closely with other teams and external agencies to address tenancy concerns and improve services. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in line with organisational policies. Assist with rent collection and address arrears sensitively and effectively. Promote community engagement and support tenant participation initiatives.Profile A successful Housing Officer should have: Experience in housing management or a related field within the not-for-profit sector. Knowledge of housing regulations and tenancy management practices. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
