  • Full strategic and operational responsibility for sourcing raw materials, packaging, technical components, contracted services, and energy.
  • Identification, qualification, and selection of suitable suppliers domestically and internationally.
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations while ensuring quality, reliability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and renegotiating framework agreements, including regular cost reviews.
  • Building and managing a professional supplier management system, including performance evaluation and cost analysis.
  • Close collaboration with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Finance to ensure material availability and compliance with quality standards.
  • Building a high-performing procurement organization with future leadership responsibility for an international team.
