Description

  • Managing building projects from inception through to completion.
  • Delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and investment programmes.
  • Undertaking stock condition surveys and property inspections.
  • Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation.
  • Contract administration and contractor performance management.
  • Producing reports and analysis for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Supporting budget management and delivering value for money across projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with current construction legislation and CDM regulations.

Profile

  • HND in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience delivering maintenance and property investment services.
  • Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.
  • Strong contract administration knowledge.
  • Experience carrying out property inspections and stock condition surveys.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of housing maintenance and residential property management.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice.
  • Good IT skills and experience using maintenance management systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
