Description

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients and overseeing audits from planning through to completion.




• Reviewing statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.




• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building strong, long-term relationships.




• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members.




• Reviewing work completed by the audit team and providing technical guidance.




• Managing project timelines, budgets, and assignment delivery.




• Identifying opportunities to provide additional value and advisory services to clients.




• Supporting Partners with business development and client growth initiatives.

Profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong audit experience gained within an accountancy practice.




• Proven experience managing audits and leading client engagements from planning through to completion.




• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.




• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.




• Previous experience managing, mentoring, and developing team members.




• Commercially aware, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality client service.




• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
