Description
- Maintain a professional and welcoming service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain reports, statistics, and records using a range of administrative systems and databases.
- Provide guidance on student administration processes, including programme registration, module selection, and changes to study options.
- Coordinate student record updates and programme changes, liaising with academic and professional services colleagues as required.
- Support the allocation and administration of student support and advisory arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure administrative processes are delivered effectively, meeting agreed service standards and deadlines.
- Identify and escalate any issues relating to compliance, policy, or procedural requirements.

- Maintain accurate databases, contact lists, and departmental records.
