Β£15m t/o business unit within the growing UK (Lincoln) division of an International, tech driven Manufacturing Group

Description

  • Partnering with the Managing Director, Operations, Sales and other senior stakeholders to support business performance.
  • Providing clear and insightful analysis of financial and operational performance.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs that support business and manufacturing performance.
  • Analysing margins, costs, productivity and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting commercial decision-making, including pricing, investment and business cases.
  • Working with operational teams to improve cost control and financial performance.
  • Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Improving the quality, accessibility and use of management information.
  • Supporting month-end reporting and explaining key variances and trends.
  • Helping develop systems, processes and controls as the business continues to scale.
  • Playing an active role in identifying efficiencies and opportunities to improve the company's financial performance.

Profile

You will be a Qualified or QBE accountant, preferable with experience of site control within a Manufacturing / Engineering business, long term contract / project accounting. You will have strong systems skills and proven experience partnering with site operations.

You will be comfortable working on site at a modern, Lincoln based site

Job Offer
