Description
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports for review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
- Support the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- Studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- Candidates who have worked in similar positions but have not studied are advised to apply!
- Able to commute to our client's office in Lincolnshire.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£35,000 to Β£40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
