They are seeking an experienced People Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in supporting leaders, driving employee engagement and delivering people-focused initiatives.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide expert advice and coaching across a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and talent development.

Description
Building strong, credible relationships with managers across your directorates.
Providing expert people advice, coaching and guidance on a range of employee relations and people matters.
Supporting workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and engagement initiatives.
Helping implement key People projects and organisational change programmes.
Using data and insight to identify trends and drive improvements in people performance and experience.
Working collaboratively across the wider People team to deliver a consistent and high-quality service.
Profile
Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges.
Knowledge of current people practices, frameworks and employment-related matters.
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting people data and KPIs.
