My Client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate activities across three sites within the Leicester area.
This is a high-profile leadership position responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, maintaining compliance standards, and developing high-performing teams reporting directly into the General Manager.

Description
Provide leadership and operational oversight across three Leicester-based sites (1 Main site, 2 smaller) Drive a strong health, safety, environmental and compliance culture.
Manage operational teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure all sites operate efficiently, meeting KPIs for productivity, quality, service and cost.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and succession planning activities.
Monitor budgets, operational expenditure and financial performance.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, environmental and company standards.
Produce operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
Support growth initiatives, new projects and operational change programmes.
Profile
I'm looking for a commercially minded operations professional who combines strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing multi-site Operations.
Proven experience in an Operations Manager, General Manager or Multi-Site Management role.
You will ideally be from a Waste/ Waste Management / Heavy Industry background Experience managing operational teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
Demonstrable experience delivering operational improvements and achieving KPIs.
Excellent people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
