Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary for their successful practice in Ayr Client Details A leading firm Description Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Maintain and organize client files and legal documents Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, depositions, and court dates. File legal documents with courts and other authorities as required (e-filing and hard copy). Manage attorneys\’ calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings. Draft routine correspondence and assist with legal research when needed. Communicate with clients, courts, and other professionals on behalf of attorneys.
