Description
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the legal team, including diary management and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
- Manage meeting arrangements, including booking rooms and coordinating schedules.
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Assist with billing processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
Profile
- Previous experience in a similar PA or secretarial role within the professional services industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to handling tasks.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from Β£31,500 to Β£38,500, dependent on the level of experience.
