Description:

  • Acting as a senior legal advisor to key client stakeholders
  • Dealing with a wide range of asset management matters
  • Drafting and overseeing leases, licences, variations, and related agreements
  • Working on property portfolio management work
  • Working with legal / IT colleagues to deliver a seamless service
  • Managing complex caseloads efficiently and commercially
  • Providing clear, pragmatic advice aligned to client strategy

Profile:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5-10 years PQE in English law
  • A track record dealing with asset management for large corporate clients
  • Ideally experienced in acquisitions or plot sales (desirable)
  • A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a solution-focused approach
  • Confident using legal technology and digital tools

Job Offer:

  • Salary ranging from Β£68,000 to Β£80,000 per annum
