Description
- Managing day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
- Liaising with wholesale and retail customers in a professional and timely manner
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Issuing invoices and maintaining accurate order records
- Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner
- Ensuring customer orders are packed, processed, and dispatched on time
- Assisting with packing and operational fulfilment as required
- Monitoring order progress and helping to troubleshoot delays or delivery issues
- Supporting stock coordination and general supply chain management
- Assisting with the movement of goods through the order fulfilment process
- Helping maintain accuracy across inventory, orders, and dispatch records
