Description Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident involvement in organisational decision-making processes. Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events to gather resident feedback and foster collaboration. Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their queries and ensuring their concerns are escalated appropriately. Coordinate surveys and other feedback mechanisms to assess resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the property department to ensure resident needs are reflected in service delivery. Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on resident engagement activities and outcomes. Promote inclusivity and ensure that all residents have equal opportunities to participate in initiatives. Support the development of policies and practices that incorporate resident input.Profile A successful Resident Involvement Officer should have: Previous experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit or housing sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities. Proficiency in organising events, meetings, and workshops. Ability to analyse and report on feedback data effectively. Understanding of housing and property services is advantageous. A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
