The Real Estate Finance Solicitor will be
- Advising on a broad range of non contentious commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and asset management matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation.
- Advising on real estate finance and property backed lending transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating finance, security and ancillary documentation.
- Working on transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Identifying and managing legal risks across property and finance matters.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders including Credit, Investment, Asset Management and Direct Lending teams.
- Providing commercially focused legal advice that supports business objectives.
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external advisers.
- Working on the development of legal precedents, templates and internal processes.
