Description
- Advising on major infrastructure, energy and strategic residential development projects
- Working with national developers, landowners and corporate clients on complex planning matters
- Working closely with public sector organisations and infrastructure providers
- Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non contentious planning work
- Drafting and negotiating planning agreements and related documentation
- Working with senior lawyers on large scale and high profile development projects
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Profile
- A solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in planning law
- Experienced in handling planning and development matters within private practice or local government
- Comfortable advising clients on a range of planning related issues
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills
- Interested in working on major infrastructure, energy and residential development projects
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £67,000 to £80,000 per annum.
