Description
- Advising public and private sector clients on complex planning matters
- Dealing with planning work relating to major infrastructure projects
- Advising on Development Consent Orders and compulsory purchase orders
- Handling land compensation and associated development issues
- Advising on regeneration schemes and major development projects
- Providing strategic advice on planning applications and appeals
- Advising on Section 106 planning agreements and highway agreements
- Working with clients on planning enforcement matters
- Developing and strengthening client relationships across the Yorkshire market
- Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the national planning practice
Profile
- An existing Partner with a strong track record in planning law
- A solicitor with significant experience in planning and CPO work
- Well connected within the Yorkshire market with established client relationships
- Experienced in advising both public and private sector clients
- Able to demonstrate a strong track record on complex planning matters
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£130,000 to Β£170000
