This role ensures the smooth delivery of HR processes, policies and systems to help the organisation run efficiently. Client Details A company in the Media & Agency industry based in Leeds. Description Manage HR processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all operations. Support employee life cycle activities, including on boarding and off boarding. Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers. Assist with employee relations matters and support resolution processes. Collaborate on HR projects to improve processes and employee experience. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and data. Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support requests.Profile A successful People Operations Partner should have: Experience in HR operations or a related role. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and records.
