A brand new role reporting into the Head of HR. This role has been created to deliver a Learning & Development/Talent strategy across the business of 350 heads over 3 sites.

Description:
- Develop and implement training and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address training needs across departments.
- Create engaging learning materials and programmes to enhance employee skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements.
- Support career development planning and succession planning efforts.
- Organise and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
- Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to encourage growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in training practices.
Profile: A successful Learning & Development/Talent professional should have:
- Experience in the Human Resources or Business Services industry in Learning & Development.
