As an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you'll play a key role in supporting the people strategy within a varied media and agency environment in the North.
Your day-to-day will involve partnering with teams to provide HR expertise, ensuring the business runs smoothly and achieves its goals.

Description
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
Manage employee relations matters, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
Contribute to talent management initiatives, including performance reviews and development plans.
Assist with recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change and development initiatives.
Analyse HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
Ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organisation.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the media or agency industry.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Experience handling employee relations and managing HR processes.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
Job Offer
Salary range: £50,000- £55,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience. 12-month fixed-term contract in the media and agency industry.
