Client Details This role is with a company based in the transport and distribution industry in Leeds. Description Provide generalist HR support, offering guidance on policies and procedures. Assist with employee relations matters, including handling queries and supporting investigations. Coordinate recruitment activities, from job advertising to onboarding new hires. Support managers with performance management processes and documentation. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law. Collaborate with stakeholders to address workforce planning and development needs. Provide support for learning and development activities across the organisation.Profile A successful HR Advisor / Junior BP should have: A background in HR, with a good understanding of HR principles and practices.
