As an Export Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers providing quotations, handling the initial enquiry, and taking orders alongside processing onto the system. You will deal with each customer's journey from start to finish, ensuring a smooth order process, efficient delivery, and organising export documentation to provide a smooth shipping experience.
The role will involve building excellent relationships, upselling a range of products and services to further any business opportunity. There will be lots of administrative duties managing customer accounts and providing first call resolution for each client.
